How To Flash / Install Android 4.0.3 ICS On HTC Rezound
1- Download Android 4.0.3 ICS .zip file (link below)
2- Rename that downloaded file to: PH98IMG.zip
3- Transfer / copy the PH98IMG.zip file to the root of the SD Card
4- Turn off your phone
5- Reboot your phone into bootloader by holding VOL DOWN + Power buttons
6- The ICS should now be flashed automagically
7- Your HTC Rezound will reboot again.
Once done and voila.. your phone is now running Android 4.0.3 ICS with build number 3.11.605.22.
