I believe avoiding packaged foods is the first step to lose weight. They will taste fine, but highly processed foods currently have very little vitamins and minerals, making you consume more only to have enough power to get throughout the day. If you are constantly having these foods, changing to grain and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more electricity while consuming less. Thanks alot : ) for your blog post.
