Key Specifications Preview of HTC One S – After previously we’ve seen several awesome features of HTC One X, now we shall be also amazed by HTC’s another upcoming phone known as HTC One S. Luckily, some of its key features have also been leaked during MWC 2012 in Barcelona.
Specs wise, the HTC One S sports 1.5GHz Qualcomm (S4) processor and 1GB of RAM plus Adreno 225 GPU to run Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS on its 4.3-inch Super-AMOLED display with qHD (960×640) resolution with custom HTC Sense 4.0 UI on very top of it.
Just like HTC One X, the One S also features 8MP main camera F/2.0 backside-illuminated sensor delivering autofocus in less than 0.2 seconds.
Meanwhile, there is no additional leaked info yet but rumors say that it will be available soon about 2 months next.
