Specs wise, Sony Xperia U is featuring 1 GHz dual core processor and 512MB of RAM to run Google Android OS on its 3.5″ Reality Touchscreen Display plus custom stunning UI Skin by Sony on very top of it.

While Xperia P has 8MP camera, the Xperia U only has a 5MP rear camera.
