1- Download and Install VirtualBox
2- Download preconfigured ICS set up from VMLite
3- Extract the Android-v4.7z file using 7zip
4- Then look for “Android-v4.vbox”
5- Double-click that file to load and boot the configuration into VirtualBox
6- At the boot menu in VirtualBox (on Mac), select the lower “Android Startup from /dev/sda” option
7- That’s it and lets the ICS booting
