Install Leaked Android 4.0 ICS On International Motorola RAZR XT910 (GSM) – It is not intended for the Verizon version of Droid RAZR but it’s for the international / global GSM edition of the phone: a leaked build of Android 4.0.x Ice Cream Sandwich ROM.
Having software version of 651.167.20 Retail en.EU, this leaked ICS build has full Blur intact. While many users reported that the “Blur” wasn’t good enough, but this one in this leaked build looks not too bad because of few modifications which have made to the homescreens and app drawer.

Installing this ROM is easy and yes it is root-able. The source says that it is just simply download the file then rename it to “update.zip” file. Once done, place that update.zip file on the root of your external SDCard then flash it via Motorola’s Recovery.
As long as you have su backup done by Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper, you can then apply root by executing several lines of commands. Curious? Go here to get started.
