Overclock Samsung Wave Runs Android OS – Natively, Samsung Wave GT-S8500 phone runs Samsung Bada OS. But there have been lot of efforts to transform Samsung Wave to run Google Android OS just like its brother Samsung Galaxy S2 which soon be available its LTE edition. So if you have Samsung Wave Bada OS and want to have it running Android OS like what you’ve seen on the video above, simply read this.
A member of XDA forum named ispanecaaaa has posted a nice simple guide on how to install Android OS on your Samsung Wave. He come with downloadable rooted Android image file. So once you’ve installed it, your Wave will run rooted Android OS.
Yet, you’ll also be able to overclock Samsung Wave CPU speed to 1.6GHz while normally Samsung Wave is powered with 1GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor.

How to Overclock Samsung Wave Runs Android OS
Step 1. Install Android 2.2 Froyo OS (use provided Android image above) on Samsung Wave GT-S8500 [read here]
Step 2. Download overclocking app above >> put it in the memory card >> install it
Step 3. Give the app root permission
Step 4. Launch the app and press [Overclock Load Module] >> after “CPU frequency max” >> several overclocking options will come out >> now choose an option >> press to [Confirm].
Step 5. Finally, press in [Scaling] >> put the maximum and minimum to the maximum >> then press [Apply].

WAIt Wat wait all…
I’ve noticed that all of the people who tried this, were not able anymore to make calls, lock phone without shutting down
, No wifi, No camera, no wireless internet (3G), (and alot more and annoying things)
So please be aware of this! There is not ANY version on what these will work!
I am already collecting the iphone, nokia symbian, blackberry files to remake whatsapp for bada… Yet… if it comes out, i’ll make it free ofcourse
