Fix iTunes Error While Downgrading iOS 4.3.4 During IPSW Restore – Whatever your reasons are, you will sometimes want to downgrade your iPhone iOS 4.3.4 back to iOS 4.3.3 or older versions. As explained, you’ll accidentally get iTunes error code 1013, don’t worry as that’s perfectly normal. But what if you get another iTunes error without a code?

iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1)
That sounds not so normal huh? So here it is the workaround you can effort to fix that error and jailbreak it at once during iOS 4.3.4 downgrade to 4.3.3
Fix iTunes Error (1) During iOS 4.3.4 Downgrade
Step 1. Download redsn0w 0.9.6rc19 and extract the .zip file
redsn0w_win_0.9.6rc19.zip for Windows [link]
redsn0w_mac_0.9.6rc19.zip for Mac OS X [link]
Step 2. Launch RedSn0w and browse for iOS 4.3.3 .IPSW file
Step 3. Put your iPhone into Pwned DFU Mode (simply follow on-screen instruction)
Step 4. Once done, RedSn0w will start jailbreaking your iPhone
Step 5. Sit tight waiting the jailbreak process until it will reach Installing Activation Bundles which your iPhone will be frozen. Wait for a couple of minutes and then you’ll have to reboot by holding down Home and Power buttons
Step 6. Once reboot, your iPhone will be in Recovery Mode which you can kick it out using TinyUmbrella.
Step 7. Finally, your iPhone will reboot again and this time it’ll boot normally and your iPhone will be on iOS 4.3.3 jailbroken.

well this does not fix the 4.10.01 baseband problem since i did not preserve my baseband… but gets me to 4.3.3 which is a untethered unlock…

Amigo, boa nooite!
