Download XAPDeployX XAP Installer Tool – Another easy-to-use xap installer tool is released via XDA Forum by its member named kuerbis2. This new .XAP Installer tool is named as XAPDeployX which when you launch it you’ll see its name as “Homebrew Windows Phone 7 Market Universal Client”. This app is pretty lightweight and works on Windows XP as well as 7.

- In-place update on the phone
- Deploy from file or URL: You can either specify a file or an URL. If you enter an URL the installer will automatically download the xap.
