Steps to Run Android OS on PC/Netbook
1- Download Android OS ISO file
2- Download UNetBootin app
3- Plug your USB Disk (UFD)
4- Run UNetbootin and use it to prepare your USB flash drive.

5- Once finished, reboot with USB set to highest precedence in BIOS boot preferences.
6- Now reboot your computer with the USB drive, select “Live CD” which runs Android-x86 without installation.
7- Soon you will see the Android desktop on your netbook or computer!
Now you can quickly access one of the apps on the home screen, or open the menu to see more options. You can also use .ISO image file of Android OS to run via virtual machine. I’ve tried it using VirtualBox and surely will also work on VMWare
