1- Download and install Windows 7 SP1 Edition Converter Binary Patch Files

2- Run binpatch.exe.
3- Select the the patch for the target edition that you want.
4- Select the ISO disc image that you want to convert from.
(obviously you’ve to download Windows 7 SP1 ISO first)
5- After patching, verify the SHA-1 hash of the final file and compare that with Microsoft’s official hash to verify that the patch was successfully completed.
