I was recently given an HP Slate 500 running Win7 Professional. I run multiple versions of Linux on my laptop and would like to add Honeycomb 3.# to the Slate. From what I’ve seen so far versions of Honeycomb are device specific (Honeycomb for Nook Color, e.g.) Is there a version of Honeycomb that will run on my HP Slate as a dual boot? Would it require an ext4 file system and GRUB bootloader? Or some other combination. I was given the task of “experimenting” with the tablet to see if I can improve its performance. (It’s a little sluggish in Win7.)
