1- First thing first, turn your phone OFF
2- Reboot into “Download Mode”
To do that: press and hold the Volume DOWN + Home + Power buttons all together then Press the Volume UP key to enter Download mode.
3- Now launch Odin tool up. Simply double-click on its .exe file
4- Then connect your SGS3 Mini to PC using its USB cable
5- In Odin, click on “PDA” tab.
6- Locate and select the .tar file extracted before
7- Finally, click the “Start” button in Odin
8- Sit tight and wait for Odin to do its job
9- Once done, your phone should reboot.
10- That’s it. Your phone is now rooted after reboots.
