How to Install Windows 7 Language Packs lp.cab File – Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 Final RTM has been finalized and leaked for download. Also its language pack to localize and translate default Windows 7 language interface (which is in English) to your desired language(s). Usually the Language Packs is in lp.cab file but if you downloaded it in other format such in DVD .ISO image file, then you have to burn it or extract it first using virtual CD or virtual drive software.

Steps to Install lp.cab Windows 7 Language Packs File

1- Click on Start (Windows) button >> then Control Panel.
2- In Category view >> click on Clock >> Language >> Region link.
3- Click on…
a. Install or uninstall display languages under “Region and Language” section or..
b. Install/uninstall languages under “Display Language” section.
4- A wizard will be displayed then click on Install display languages.
5- Click Browse computer or network to locate and install language packs manually.
6-Now browse to the folder that contains the lp.cab language pack files.
7- Tick the check boxes of all languages that want to be installed then continue by clicking [Next] button
8- Check the “I accept the license terms” >> then click on [Next] button then Wait for the installation to finish.
9- Once installation is done, a confirmation screen will be shown. Then simply click Next
10- Once done simply click on [Close] button.

Basically the installation process is done here. But alternatively in the Step 10, you can change to new display language, selecting the desired display language from the list of languages available >> then click on Change display language button.
