
Samsung has come out once again with a new super slim smartphone known as Galaxy S3 Mini GT-I8190 which is a stripped down version of well-known original Galaxy S3. This phone ships with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS already while not all original SGS3 users have received and installed this update yet. Is Samsung SGS3 Mini also equipped with a quadcore processor? The answer is no but there is a 1GHz ST-Ericsson U8420 dual-core processor sit under the hood.

Talking about storage, SGS3 Mini has 16GB onboard storage plus microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 32GB. The device is also equipped with 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash plus an additional front-facing VGA shooter. Its main 5 MP rear facing primary camera carries a camera resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels and the other features resembling its camera are such as autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus and video recording 1080p @30fps (frames per second).
In terms of the connectivity options the device is accorded with a 3.5mm stereo headset jack, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, and 3G/4G LTE Mobile Hotspot (up to eight Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously)
Several networks are supported by this phone as it comes compatible with cellular networks of quad-band 2G and tri-band 3G with 14.4Mbps HSDPA and 5.76 HSUPA as following: GSM 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz and HSPA 900, 1900, 2100 MHZ.
