1- In your WordPress Admin, go to the Add New Plugins page
2- Search for: automatic updater
3- Automatic Updater should be the first result.
4- Click the Install link.
5- Activate the plugin and enjoy..
I would not recommend using the automatic update plugin on important sites, but if you have several autoblogging sites (WPRobot-powered), then this plugin is really really helpful.
