Just few days ago Apple has announced another successor: the iPhone 5 which features twice powerful processor, larger screen display, a bunch of new features and of course the iOS 6 which so far has not yet been released for public. However, all registered Developers can now grab its Gold Master (GM) edition of iOS 6 via Dev Center page. Apple has seeded iOS6 GM .IPSW files for latest iDevices including iPad 3 (GSM, CDMA, Wifi), iPad 2 (GSM, CDMA, Wifi, Rev A), iPhone 4s (GSM, CDMA), iPhone 4 (GSM, CDMA), iPhone 3Gs, and iPod Touch 4G. Unfortunately the iOS 6 for Apple TV3 and TV2 are not listed in Dev Page.
The new build number for the iOS 6 GM is 10A403 which features Siri improvements, PassBook app, Facebook integration in everything, Apple’s own Maps, Maps with Siri integration, Maps with Flyover, Sared Photo Streams, Safari with offline reading and many more. While its full public version will be released on September 19th, Developers can simply head to this page and grab its GM build. Alternatively, there is also a leaked build hosted at mirror servers (SendSpace and SlingFile) plus via direct link.
Note: You will also need iTunes 10.7 to sync iOS 6 with your iDevice.
