Is your iPhone’s UDID one of hacked and leaked UDIDs? For your information, world’s most popular hacking group “AntiSec” has claimed more than 12 million UDIDs have been hacked, acquired and grabbed from an FBI laptop and their hack team has released 1 million UDIDs to public proving the statement. Even this kind of security issue is not categorized having big security risks, it will still turn a big deal when the leaks come with other details like iTunes Password, Payment Info and Billing Address.
Reacting that security issue, Apple has just stopped and rejected any app that collects UDID from users’ iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch.

How to find out whether your UDID is one of those hacked UDUDs? Here’s how to check that safely..
I made this wrapper around this publicly available data, you can use it to check if your device UDID is listed in the dump.
1- Visit http://pastehtml.com/udid in your browser
2- Enter 5 FIRST characters of your UDID
3- Click “Search The Dump” button
Wait, but how to know the UDID of your iDevice?
1- Open iTunes in your computer
2- Connect your iOS device to your computer.
3- Select it from the sources column.
4- Click on the device’s serial numbers
5- It will reveal your UDID
7- Copy that UDID
or read step-by-step tutorial here.

And if somehow you are unlucky, you’ll see something like this..

You might also wondering whether this method is safe or not. The fact, by entering only first 5 digits of your UDID, this method can be considered safe.
