Just few hours ago Microsoft has released a public Evaluation copy of world’s most waited operating system, Windows 8 RTM Enterprise while MSDN and Technet subscribers have already received it few days before. And now, those lucky subscribers are once again getting spoiled with the release of Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2012 RTM and .NET Framework 4.5 RTM, again, only via Technet and MSDN only. Visual Studio 2012 Premium meanwhile, offers users a plethora of diagnostic and testing tools, but does not include the high-level architecture and modeling support.
As stated on Microsoft official news page, Visual Studio 2012 and .NET 4.5 are the tools that form the backbone for developing on the latest Microsoft platforms including Windows 8 and MSDN subscribers can download the tools and start building modern apps across the Microsoft platforms and for the cloud. Visual Studio 2012 includes a number of user interface enhancements that aim to make things easier for developers, who can spend most of the day plugged into it.
According to Jason Zander on his blog, there are top 12 key features are equipped within Visual Studio 2012 including its special abilities to develop apps for Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, Websites and many high-performance games.
