How To Flash CM9 Stable On Your Rooted Device

Preparation
- A rooted device. Every device has specific method to get it rooted
- Custom Recovery must be also installed. CWM is much preferred.
- Appropriate version of CM9 Stable build for your device
- Google Apps package
- Ensure your device has at least 60% battery power remaining.

How To Install
1- Download CM9 Stable ROM package
2- Transfer the file to your phone’s SDCard
3- Download Google Apps
4- Transfer the file to your phone’s SDCard
5- Reboot your device into recovery / CWM
6- You may also need to make Nandroid backup first
7- You may also need to “wipe data/factory reset”
8- You may also need to “wipe cache”
9- Go to “advanced” then perform “wipe dalvik cache”
10- Go back to main menu of your Recovery/CWM
11- Choose “install zip from sdcard”
12- Then “choose zip from sdcard”
13- Now locate and select the CM9 ROM’s zip file
14- Wait for it to be flashed
15- Also install Google apps package, similarly
16- Once done, reboot your device now.
