How To Make Nandroid Backup Without Rebooting To Recovery

onnandroid

Making a full backup of your device is really essential especially if you want to do something advanced with your Android device. There are many apps already been released allowing users to create backup of apps, videos, music, sms, and other important data. But honestly, I found none that is capable to make 1:1 backup (full comprehensive backup) except Nandroid feature you can find in your beloved custom recovery tool like ClockworkMod (or shortly CWM).

Obviously, as the tool is part of custom recovery, users need to firstly turn off their device then reboot into recovery to perform either Nandroid backup or to restore any created backup files.
