
Talking about custom recoveries, ClockworkMod is so far the best one in the world. For you who owned Samsung Galaxy Nexus already and want to install CWM 6.0 on your phone, simply read following steps.
Before, make sure your phone has unlocked bootloader as well as been rooted.

There are two versions of CWM 6.0 available right now: the original and the touch-based. Any way, to get CWM installed on your phone, read this carefully:
1- Download CWM flash-able image file then place it in Desktop:
- Original CWM 6.0 [recovery-clockwork-6.0.0.4-maguro.img]
- Touch CWM 6.0 [recovery-clockwork-touch-6.0.0.4-maguro.img]
2- Download Fastboot file here then extract it to Desktop
3- Now turn your Galaxy Nexus OFF
4- Press and hold Volume UP + Volume DOWN + Power buttons together
5- Plug your phone into PC using USB cable
6- One your PC, launch command prompt window up
7- Type following command followed by hitting enter
fastboot flash recovery maguro-test-recovery.img
8- Wait for fastboot to flash the CWM
9- Once done, type following command:
fastboot reboot
10- Once your phone reboots, you should now have CWM 6.0 installed
