Just bought a brand new Galaxy SIII from one of US largest carrier companies? Good news for you if you want to root it. Folks at XDA has discovered easiest methods so far to get root on whether T-Mobile, AT&T or Sprint variants of Galaxy S3.
May be it’s a bit longer few days after Chainfire released his CFRoot Tool for International Galaxy S3 but I don’t think it’s too late.
Thanks to XDA members “howtomen”, “cypher_zero”, and “dawgslayer69″ who have posted and share their experience of rooting their SGS3 in a breeze. And per any other Android devices’ rooting, getting your US variant of SGS3 rooted is pretty much easy. You can do it in very common method by using latest version of Odin to flash provided Kernel and custom Recovery on your phone. Hence, you can use that custom recovery tool (which usually is CWM) to flash the root exploit.
Curious? As what we can see from video above, the root method is confirmed working. So you can release your doubt and stick to the given tutorial to liberate (read: root) your phone so you can install any root-only apps.
AT&T Galaxy S3 owners can head to this thread to read the whole instruction on how to root their phone while T-Mobile SGS3 users can read it here and Sprint SGS3 users can find the queries here.
