Jailbreaking isn’t something Apple recommend you to do. But by jailbreaking your iDevice means you can liberate your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. As a result, your iDevice will be in a higher level. Besides that “Could not connect to lockdwn” error, jailbreakers may sometimes be faced with different problem like iPhone stuck on reboot. Personally I was also wondering why my iPhone 4S won’t reboot or taking too long for reboot. Luckily, the fix was easy.
Possible workaround:
Unplug your iPhone from the USB cable, try manual reboot by pushing power button, then re-plug it into your computer.
