Nvidia Geforce GTX 690 Specs Preview + Pics – While Nvidia keeps holding world’s fastest single GPU record with the GTX 680, that big company has once again introduced a new graphic card but this one is powered with a dual “GK104″ GPU under the hood. Rumored, this card will hold world’s fastest card powered with dual GPU. This one is known as GTX 690.

Guess what!! The GPUs attached on it is basically two GTX680 chips paired. Also, the company says it’s using the same 6 GT/s memory found on its GeForce GTX 680.

From the official release note:
The industrial design of the GeForce GTX 690 is a direct reflection of what lies beneath the cover: two Kepler GPUs, tremendous graphics horsepower, and a product of exceptional longevity. Visually, the design draws parallels to an F1 engine block with its raw metal look and exposed fin stacks.

Above pics are a preview of GTX 690 reference design. Each vendor / brand may have specific distinctive design.
